rawaani.com is owned and run by Rawaani (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan (SECP CUIN 0329671).

Using This Website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Our Services

• The scope, timeline and price of every project are agreed in writing (a quote, proposal or message) before work starts.
• Any work outside the agreed scope may need a new quote.
• Timelines depend on receiving content, access and feedback from you on time.

Payments

• Prices and invoices are in US dollars. Payment terms are also stated in each quote or proposal.
• Website projects: 50% before work starts and 50% before the website goes live.
• Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month. SEO, social media and ads plans have a minimum of 3 months.
• Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the other platform.
• Launch offers and discounts apply only until the end date shown on the website.
• Work may be paused if payments are late.
• Prices on the website are a guide and can change. The price in your written quote is the one that applies.

Results

SEO, social media and advertising results depend on many things we do not control, such as search engine updates, competition and platform rules. We do not guarantee specific rankings, followers, sales or traffic. We do promise honest work and clear reporting.

Your Accounts and Ownership

• Your domain, website and social media accounts stay in your name.
• After full payment, you own the final website and content we create for you, except third-party themes, plugins, fonts or images, which stay under their own licences.
• We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your Responsibilities

You confirm that the text, images, logos and information you give us are yours or you have the right to use them, and that your business follows the law and the rules of each platform.

Cancellation

Either side can end a project or monthly service with written notice. Monthly services need 15 days notice, after any minimum period. You pay for the work done up to that point, and the current month of a monthly service is not refunded.

Intellectual Property

The Rawaani name, logo and website content belong to Rawaani (Private) Limited. You may not use them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Rawaani is not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or business, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Third-Party Links

Links to other websites, including our group companies, are for your convenience. Each company is responsible for its own services and content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
