What this calculator does

Many business owners start Google Ads without knowing what to expect. This calculator turns your budget into a simple plan. You enter what a click costs, how many visitors contact you, how many of those leads become customers, and what a customer is worth. The tool shows the rest.

It works both ways. If you know your monthly budget, it shows the clicks, leads and customers you may get. If you know how many customers you want, it shows the budget you may need.

How to use it

  1. Pick "I know my budget" or "I know my goal".
  2. Type your currency symbol, such as $, Rs or Rp.
  3. Enter the average cost per click for your keywords. Google Keyword Planner shows an estimate.
  4. Enter your website conversion rate and the share of leads who become customers.
  5. Enter what one customer is worth to you, then read the results on the right.

Understanding the results

If the cost per customer is higher than the profit you make from one customer, the plan loses money. Then you must lower the cost per click, improve the website, or answer leads faster before you spend more.

How to get more from your budget

A note on accuracy

This is a planning tool, not a promise. We do not use average numbers from other businesses, because they are different from yours. The result is only as good as the numbers you enter. Update them with your real data once your campaign has run for a few weeks.

Frequently asked questions

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

There is no single right number. It depends on what a customer is worth to you, how much each click costs in your market, and how many visitors turn into enquiries. This calculator uses your own numbers to show what a budget may return, so you can decide with facts.

What is CPC?

CPC means cost per click. It is the average amount you pay each time someone clicks your ad. It is different for every industry, country and keyword. You can see an estimate in Google Keyword Planner and the real number in your Google Ads account.

What is a conversion rate?

It is the share of website visitors who take the action you want, such as sending a form, calling or messaging you on WhatsApp. If 100 people visit and 3 contact you, your conversion rate is 3%.

What is ROAS?

ROAS means return on ad spend. It is the sales you get for every unit of money spent on ads. A ROAS of 4 means you earned 4 for every 1 you spent.

What is a good cost per lead?

A good cost per lead is one that is clearly lower than the profit you make from the customer it brings. Compare the cost per customer in the results with your profit per customer, not with other businesses.

Are the results guaranteed?

No. The results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Real results change with competition, season, ad quality, your website and how fast you answer leads. Use the numbers as a plan and update them with real data after a few weeks.

What if I do not know my numbers?

Start with careful guesses, for example a conversion rate of 2% and a close rate of 20%, then change them to see how the result moves. After your ads run for some weeks, replace the guesses with your real numbers.

Is my data saved?

No. The calculator works in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or saved.
